Several book clubs meet at Neighborhood Reads each month to discuss books. All of these groups are open to interested adult readers. All clubs currently meet in the bookshop meeting room unless noted:

Kiss & Kill Book Club -- Meets the first Monday of each month.

This group reads paperback books that alternate between romance and thrillers -- and the monthly pick is a mystery! Stop into the bookshop to pick up this month's Kiss or Kill!

American Culture Topics Book Club -- Meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 3 pm.

This group reads books on current topics. Stop into the bookshop to pick up this month's read.

 

Cookbook Club -- Meets one Sunday each month at 4:30 pm to sample recipes from recently published cookbook. They cook from a cookbook for 3 months to sample most of the recipes a book. Stop into the bookshop for details.

Hot Off the Press Book Club -- Meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm.

This group reads new release books, typically fiction, in a range of genres. Books are available in the bookshop.

Roots of Expansion Book Club -- Inaugural meeting is Tuesday, March 17 at 6 pm. Future dates TBD. This group will dive into self-help and philosophical reads to unlock new perspectives, deeper reflection and personal growth. Bring your curiosity for lively, supportive discussions and shared insights. 

 

My Career Coach Book Club -- Inaugural meeting is Thursday, April 30 at 3:30. Future dates TBD. Ready to shift your mindset, reduce stress, and see your life through a more empowering lens? Whether you’re navigating burnout, leading a team, or simply wanting more clarity and confidence, this book club discusses books with tools you can use immediately.

Franklin County Silent Book Club -- We are excited to be partners in this local chapter of the Silent Book Club. This group meets at Undergrounds Espresso Bar at 5:30 pm the fourth Wednesday of each month and reads their OWN books independently for 75 minutes.
