Neighborhood Reads Missouri Reader Challenge

Neighborhood Reads’ Missouri Reader Challenge is open to school-aged readers, who reside in the bookstore’s retail trade area. ​

Entries must be on the Neighborhood Reads Missouri Reader Challenge game sheet. Photocopies are accepted. There is no purchase necessary to participate. Missouri Reader Challenge game sheets are available in the bookstore and online at neighborhoodreads.com.

To participate, students must read the Mark Twain nominee books listed on the sheet and have a parent or teacher verify completion of each book.

For every four books read on the Mark Twain game sheet, students earn one drawing entry. Read all books on the sheet and earn a bonus entry.

Entries must be presented BY THE READER to a staff member at Neighborhood Reads to receive drawing entry. Staff will stamp the Missouri Reader Challenge game sheet after completion of each round.

Four $50 gift certificates to Neighborhood Reads Bookstore will be awarded in a random drawing of all entries. These gift certificates are provided by Bank of Franklin County. One prize per person.

Contest deadline is Feb. 28, 2025. Neighborhood Reads and contest sponsor Bank of Franklin County are not responsible for late, illegible or lost game cards.
